1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original, factory-sealed packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included.
  • The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, you must report it to us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for an authorized technician to inspect the item. If a factory defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or repair under warranty.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items cannot be returned or exchanged if:

  • The original seal or packaging has been broken/opened.
  • The item has been installed or used.
  • The damage is due to power surges, water damage, or physical misuse.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (which may take 3 to 5 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

5. Return Shipping

For returns due to change of mind (within the 14-day window for sealed items), the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse. For confirmed factory defects, we will handle the collection at no cost.
