1. Delivery Coverage

We offer nationwide delivery across the Republic of Kenya. Deliveries are fulfilled by our authorized logistics partners or our internal fleet for large appliances in Nairobi.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Nairobi and Environs: 24 to 48 hours (business days) from the time of order confirmation.
• Major Towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
• Other Locations: 5 to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the total weight/volume of the items in your cart. We frequently offer Free Delivery for smaller items and promotional periods within Nairobi.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with tracking information. You can also contact our support team for live updates on your shipment status.

5. Inspection upon Delivery

Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery. If the item is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service immediately. Once you sign the delivery note, you acknowledge that the item was received in good physical condition.

6. Installation Services

Installation services for major appliances (e.g., Washers, ACs, Built-in Ovens) may be available upon request. Please inquire at the time of purchase or during the delivery scheduling call. Additional charges may apply.
